Case Evaluation

At Dominion Criminal Defence, we don’t just offer a simple consult; rather, we provide you with a Free Case Evaluation. What do we mean by Case Evaluation? As with a consult, we are happy to sit down with you and listen: tell us about what happened and your concerns; we will tell you what are likely to be the strengths and weaknesses of your case and what you can expect along the way. Prefer to discuss your matter over a call or by Zoom? We can do that too. Unlike a simple consultation, however, our Free Case Evaluation means that once you receive your disclosure (all the evidence the Crown is relying on to prosecute you), we will review it with you and give you a more accurate assessment of your matter and how you should proceed. After that, if you wish to retain another lawyer or self-represent, that’s okay! No charge, no commitment.
